XXX of 1969) and of all other powers enabling it in that on behalf of the Government of Maharashtra after consultation with the Advisory Committee, hereby makes the following scheme for employment in grocery markets and shops in connection with loading, unloading. stacking, carrying, weighing, measuring or such other work including work preparatory or incidental to such operations in the areas specified in the Schedule appended to this Scheme. the same having been previously published as required by sub-section (1) of the said section 4, namely: -
